2018-2019 Laptop Check Out Set for August 13th

Monday, August 13th

Parents and Students (Grades 7-12) will be required to attend the annual Laptop Checkout Information Meeting before any laptops will be issued.

Information Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. @ High School (New Gym)

Checkout will begin at 6:30 p.m. Mountain


In order to assure we have a smooth check out process, please complete the follow PRIOR to the meeting:

Step 1) Click HERE to download and print the Laptop Agreement Form.

Step 2) Complete the form prior to the meeting.

Step 3) Parent AND Student must sign and date ALL three (3) pages of the Laptop Agreement form. Please make sure you read them carefully.


After the meeting we will begin the check out process. You will proceed to the tables in the commons area outside of the new gym.

Step 1) Hand in your completed and signed Laptop Agreement Form

Step 2) Pay your laptop fee  -  Makes checks payable to:   PCS

Step 3) Pick up Laptop Inspection Form - Each Laptop Inspection Form will be completed by the IT Coordinator prior to the meeting.

Step 4) Inspect Laptop - Parents and Students are encouraged to look over the computer and write down any additional notes about the laptop.

Step 5) Laptop Inspection Form MUST be signed off by Parent/Guardian, Student and IT Coordinator before the laptop will be released.
