Title I Program Notifications:

At the beginning of each school year, Districts shall notify the parents of each student attending any school receiving Title I funds that the parents may request (and in a timely manner), information regarding any State or District policy regarding student participation in any assessments.   §1112(e)(2)(A)

For any District receiving Title I funds, at the beginning of each school year the district shall notify the parents of each student attending any school that the parents may request, and the district will provide to the parents, in a timely manner, information regarding the professional qualifications of the student’s teacher/s. §1112(e)(1)(A)
