Chemistry:
Students made super-saturated solutions using borax and hot water. Then, they dipped pipe cleaners in them and allowed crystals to form. The end result is sparkly, do-it-yourself ornaments.

5th Grade Reading:
Mrs. McCord's and Mrs. Gloy's students celebrated the end of "Unit 3: Poetry" with a Poetry Cafe. Students wrote their own poems and shared them with the class. They also enjoyed some hot chocolate and donuts! @Amplify #CKLA

PCS played against Omaha Skutt in Rd. 1 and Wayne in Rd. 2. Results are still pending.
