Thanks to Grant Packing for donating fresh cow and pig hearts for our Anatomy students to dissect. Mrs. Mosel is a part-time school nurse & part-time HS science teacher at PCS. Her prior job in the medical field has been instrumental in helping grow our health career courses.

There were 7️⃣5️⃣ PCS students in grades K-6 who earned a trip to Ogallala to watch "Despicable Me 4!" Students turned in monthly reading calendars throughout the school year to earn this opportunity. Thanks to Mrs. Turner for organizing this reading program for our students.

Mr. Reisig put out a memo to parents that they could swing by the Elementary this evening to write positive notes for their kids. These notes (shhh...they're a surprise) will be given to kids this week prior to state testing. Every student will get a note.



Kindergarten Math:
Kindergarteners are working on telling time to the hour. They used licorice to represent the hands on the clock and dice to help determine the hour.

While 7th-10th graders are taking MAPS tests this morning, Juniors are signing up for their Fall 20205-26 semester classes and watching "Borrowed Future." This documentary looks at the financing/costs of post-graduate schooling and dangers that can come with student loan debt.

Last week a handful of our high school art students were fortunate to get to tour the new MONA bldg. They participated in UNK's "Mind the Mess Day." Ryan Long contributed a piece on Perkins Co. to add to the state display.
