Students learned about utilizing shutter speed on a DSLR camera. With different settings they were asked to freeze motion, blur motion, capture something panning or draw with light painting.

Physical Science (9th Grade):
Students are using spring cars, weights and a measuring tape to test how different masses affect the distance a car can travel. They will graph the results and answer lab questions related to Newton’s Laws.

5th Grade Science:
Mrs. McCord's students experimented with candy corn. They answered the question, "In which liquids will candy corn dissolve?" Specifically, they are studying the interaction between as solids and liquids in terms of dissolving.
Today the HS Marching Band competed at "Old West Weekend" in Scottsbluff. Their efforts earned them an "Excellent" rating. Congrats to the musicians and Mrs. Lehl!
