3 games. 3 wins.
Congrats to the JV BBB, V GBB (69-25) and V BBB (51-31) teams on tonight’s wins at Bayard. (Bayard did not have enough players for a JV GBB game.)
They’re energetic and all smiles now, but I bet the bus is pretty quiet on the drive home. Sweet dreams, and safe travels back to Grant, Plainsmen.

Physics:
Students built suspension bridges out of a set amount of string, staples, tape and index cards. Preston’s bridge held 6,100 g, and Max’s was second-best at 4,100 g. This lab was a part of their civil engineering unit.
There is “no fear of failure” in labs like these because all of the bridges will eventually fail. Of greater importance is students’ strategy, problem solving abilities and post-lab analysis / thought processes as to why something failed and ways they could improve a specific design.
